Print Run Podcast

Laura Zats and Erik Hane started a podcast, Print Run, because they wanted to have the conversations about books and writing that are often overlooked by conventional wisdom, institutional optimism, and false seriousness. They are book people and want to examine the questions at the heart of book culture: Why do books matter? In a digital world, what cultural ground does book publishing still occupy? Whether it’s trends in the queries from writers who hit our inboxes or the social ramifications of an industry that pays so little being based in Manhattan—they’re here for it! Probably to laugh at it and call it names, but there for it nonetheless.
